Richard Mille has been involved in Formula E since the creation of the first championship in September 2014 together with the Renault E.Dams team, three times Formula E teams' champions (2015-2016-2017), now named Nissan E.Dams.

Nissan made its debut in season five of the all-electric ABB FIA Formula E street racing championship in December, 2018 and contests 13 races in 12 major cities across the globe.
